Shipping

Most orders are sent out within 3 business days. If lead times are longer, they'll be noted here and in the announcement bar at the top of the homepage.

Transit times are not able to be guaranteed and can vary based on destination and time of year.


Shipping within the United States

Candles and candle creation kits are shipped with insurance and tracking via USPS or UPS in the U.S. 

  • U.S. orders under $100: $9.99 flat rate shipping
  • U.S. orders of $100 or more: FREE shipping!

Shipping to Canada
There are three shipping options for Canadian orders.

USPS Insured Economy Shipping for packages 1-3.99 lbs

  • Delivery time ranges from 1-3 weeks
  • Includes insurance and tracking
  • For packages less than 4 lbs
  • The most economical shipping option for smaller packages
  • Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes

USPS International services

  • This includes First Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express
  • Insurance is included; tracking may not be available
  • Delivery times vary and estimates are shared at checkout
  • Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes

UPS Standard

  • Delivery time ranges from 2-7 business days
  • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Customs taxes/fees and brokerage import fees are included, and are paid on buyer's behalf at the time of shipment


Shipping to other international destinations
If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada and would like to place an order with Reverie + Felicity Studio, please get in touch to discuss shipping options to your location. All customs fees and taxes, and import fees and taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION: If you would like to pick up your order from the Reverie + Felicity Studio in downtown Mebane, NC, please select the pickup option during checkout to waive shipping charges. You’ll receive confirmation by email when your order is ready for pickup. And you're welcome to stop by at your convenience--no need for an appointment! 

Returns

Once your goodies arrive, if you don't adore them, please be in touch immediately. You will be refunded (minus shipping charges) once the item, in its original condition, has been returned. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages

Should any of your candles be damaged in transit, please promptly take photos of the affected item(s), the box and packing materials, and the shipping label. 

Refunds and replacements cannot be made without photographs of the damaged item(s), box, packing materials, and shipping label.

Contact me within 3 days of delivery and include these photos with your message. I'll then be happy to either replace the item(s) or provide you a refund.
